Workout Routine For Women - 101




If you're looking for a basic workout plan for women, you can stick to the list that I browsed throughout the internet and was really effective for my day-to-day workout. Some of them might be pretty intimidating if you are trying for the first time so a suggestion for the beginners is, you need to start with minimum reps or minimum time interval rather than suggested in the videos. You don't need to keep up with the videos but the basic idea is to strengthen your body first and lose the fat second. So ladies, start getting ready for the upcoming summer.

1. Warming up

A good warmup is absolutely essential before performing any form of the workout. It prepares your body for the workout by improving the flexibility and mobility of your body and reducing the risk of injury. This warmup includes 10 exercises, 30 seconds each with no rest in between which includes cardio and dynamic stretches.



2. Flat tummy workout

This workout routine is really effective for the beginners which can be done on alternate days. To lose body fat, this workout needs to be combined with other total body workouts. It's not so easy to lose the body fat but if you could push yourself bit by bit its not impossible its just hard in the beginning. The exercise in the video was really perfect for me to get myself a flat tummy. 



3. Arms workout

For toned arm muscles, a combination of at least eight different arm exercises targeting various muscle groups can be very promising. Resistance training can be done for upper body strength to get lean, toned and strong arms using own body weight, dumbells, etc.




4. Lower Body workout

The lower body workout helps to build shapely legs and firm booty so you can rock the heck out of those jeans. You might get overwhelmed at the beginning but you will gradually catch up. It's really essential to strengthen your lower body as most of the load is carried out by the lower body.




Save your money on the gym subscription and follow these workout routines which you can do at home for a stronger and toned body. This workout can be done on alternate days allowing your muscles to rest and recover. It's a combination of total body workouts and a clean diet to burn the excess fat.
